4 mile A.M. run before going to watch the high school BYU invite! I had to run the workout on my own in Salt Lake in the afternoon. The workout was 1200 at 77 pace, 2x800 at 75 pace and 3x400 at 72. My 1200 splits were 77,79, 78 for a 3:54. My first 800 was a 2:31 and the second 2:34. And the 400 was 72, 73, 74. Not a great workout. It was hard to run by myself and I am just happy to get it done. |
