Ran dirt trail with a group then we went to weights. And it was a core galore day, but a good workout.

Today was hard and painful because I was really sore. My core wasn't sore but my glutes were so tight I thought they would pop. I ran a 20 minute tempo and it hurt because my legs were so tired.

A.M. ran 6 on dirt trail before another core galore day in weights. I took a 10 minute ice bath. P.M. ran another 6 miles. My legs are so tired and I am still sore.

Got to run in Salt Lake today! I took my roommates on the 6 miles death loop then I added another 2 miles. Still tired.

Today we ran 30 minute tempo. It felt horrible the first 10 minutes but once we turned onto Carterville Road I felt fine. We didn't go fast-average 7:22, so it was more like a good run.

Today was a great run. Laura did my long run with me and we ran extended extended over the bridge Carterville. We got going and didn't stop. Our average was 7:19 and it was the best we have felt in a long time.

Today was the first time in a LONG time my legs felt great. They didn't feel like dead weight, layered with bricks I am dragging along. Ash and I created a new run and it was awesome. I went to weights after.

Today's tempo was the complete opposite of last week. We started out hard and had to work hard to maintain. I had more miles and a longer tempo so I split from the group 15 minutes in to run extended extended over the bridge. I averaged 6:48 and was so tired by the end. My last 5 miles were quite slow and my legs so tired.

Last run in Provo for a couple weeks! After weights, we dunked in the training room ice bath. It was freezing.

Today I ran along Foothill to Parley's Trail and Tanner Park and home. It was a great run with some hills, which I have hardly done and need to work on. My quads felt like dead weights and are really tight from weights. I rolled out when I finished.

I ran past Shriner's along 11th Ave and came back the same way. I felt better than yesterday but definitely tired.

Met with East at Sugarhouse. We ran cemetery run then I ran 4 more later.

I have missed trail running! Today I ran Pipeline and it was so nice to be running on a trail.

Today we met at Sunnyside and ran down to the track. We ran strides on the field and then 10 hills. Later I ran another 4 miles. I have not run hills in so long my calves are going to kill tomorrow.

JCC trail- I was really tired. My calves were so tight and painful. I was really slow but got it done. Ran another 4 miles later.

Today was quite possibly one of the worst runs ever. I slept in so it was hot starting out. About 2 miles in, I stopped sweating and literally could not run a decent pace. I was pushing to run 8:30's. I was super dehydrated but finally got the miles over with.

Today was an amazing run. I went to Provo to run with Laura and Ashleigh. We started about 1 mile up from Vivian Park in Provo Canyon and ran all the way back to the fieldhouse. My right calf killed starting out but loosened up a couple miles in and I felt great. We averaged 7:02 and it didn't hurt until the last 3 miles coming back on Carterville.
