| | Today's tempo was the complete opposite of last week. We started out hard and had to work hard to maintain. I had more miles and a longer tempo so I split from the group 15 minutes in to run extended extended over the bridge. I averaged 6:48 and was so tired by the end. My last 5 miles were quite slow and my legs so tired. | Add Comment |

| | Today I ran along Foothill to Parley's Trail and Tanner Park and home. It was a great run with some hills, which I have hardly done and need to work on. My quads felt like dead weights and are really tight from weights. I rolled out when I finished. | Add Comment |

| | Today was quite possibly one of the worst runs ever. I slept in so it was hot starting out. About 2 miles in, I stopped sweating and literally could not run a decent pace. I was pushing to run 8:30's. I was super dehydrated but finally got the miles over with. | Add Comment |
| | Today was an amazing run. I went to Provo to run with Laura and Ashleigh. We started about 1 mile up from Vivian Park in Provo Canyon and ran all the way back to the fieldhouse. My right calf killed starting out but loosened up a couple miles in and I felt great. We averaged 7:02 and it didn't hurt until the last 3 miles coming back on Carterville. | Add Comment |
