Workout on the indoor track. I warmed up 2 miles, then 3K/5K girls ran 5 x 800 at 3K pace. I don't really know my current 3K pace, so I decided to run 2:38 with the group. I ran 2:40, 2:38, 2:38, 2:38 and 2:37. I felt a lot better today. The pace wasn't my all out sprint and I could run that pace for more repeats. It felt good. After weights, I ran another 5 on the treadmill. |
