AM- I was late to practice so I got 10 strides in before the workout. We ran 400, 3x800 and 400 on the dirt loop. I ran with Sarah Sargent. We ran 82 for the 400's and the 800's were 2:53, 2:57, 2:55. It felt really weird running intervals again. My quads are still tight and sore but I can actually move them now. I ran 4 miles cool down. PM I ran 4 more after babysitting. |
