I ran 5 this morning before going to see a dr about my knee. Nothing is broken or torn, just bruised. It kills me, but I have decided to give it a break, cross train and wait.
Biked for 40 minutes that night.
Biked for 40 minutes. 10 warm up, 20 minutes of 2 minutes hard, 1 minute easy and 10 minutes cool down.
Biked for an hour hard and my knee was tender and sore during and after.
AM Biked for 30 minutes before driving to St. George
PM Did elliptical for 45 minutes at the hotel.
It is clear air, sunny and warm down here and I want to run! I did elliptical for 30 minutes but it was bugging my knee so I biked for 30.
Biked for 45 minutes at the hotel then another 30 minutes at home.
