Today was my first workout with the 1500 girls. (they run sprints Tues/Thurs) I ran 2 miles warm up then a 40, 60, 80 hard. I ran 3 more miles at the track then ran 5 mile Mexican Hat. My arches started aching in the beginning but overall didn't hurt as bad as before. And my feet aren't as inflamed/swollen which is good. |
