Today's workout felt really good. Because it was rainy and wet, we ran in spikes. I found out I am racing the 1500 this weekend so I worked out with the 1500 group. We ran 2x800 at 3K pace and 4x400 at 1500 pace. I ran 2:32 and 2:33 for the 800's and for the 40's I ran 70, 71, 70, 69. This was faster than what I have been running which I could tell. But my legs felt great- they weren't heavy, tired or tight. |
