And welcome back to a new semester and new classes and track workouts and weights and reality. We had our first track workout on the indoor track. I ran 3 1200's. The first one, I was all confused about our splits, laps etc (the track is smaller) The second one I led, and felt incredible. Last one, hurt but I got it done. My times were 4:23, 4:18 and 4:16. Not too fast, but it is just the beginning. I ran 8 miles then went to weights. After weights I ran another 5 on the treadmill. |
