2.5 warm up then I started a workout with the girls racing. We were running 3x3x200 with 30 seconds between 200's and 1 lap between sets. It felt really weird- I haven't run 200's for a LONG time and haven't run that fast in even longer. My first set was 31, 33, 33 and second was 32, 33, 33. After the second set, I ran with the 5K/10K group. (they ran 25x400 at 85 pace with 30 seconds recovery) I ran 8 with them and it felt good. I wish I could have done the whole workout with them. Finished my miles then got my IT and quads rubbed out because they have been so tight. |
