A.M. 30 minute tempo. I decided with coach to run my tempo with 170 heart rate. We had concluded last week's tempo backed with long run and a fast Sunday were a really bad combo for that Monday workout. I stuck to it but got dropped like a hot potato. I was frustrated to be behind and alone. But I wanted to  see how I would feel running tempo at how coach describes tempo runs. My lungs were working but my legs felt flippin awesome. I hit 30 minutes and didn't feel tired so I decided to do 40. About 36 minutes I had to work a little harder to maintain but it was very manageable and I was not nearly as dead or beat as last week (clearly, my average was 6:48). Now I just need to know which tempo coach is looking for in our workout. Finished to 11 and ran 4 later.
