Today was rough and threw me for a loop. Warming up I felt okay. We were doing mile repeats on the track. First one, Yesi and I ran 5:18. A little slower than what we wanted (5:16) but no biggie. It in control and I felt confident I could do at least one more. We started the second one and hit about 600 meters in and I hit a wall. My body felt so empty and completely drained. I stuck behind Yesi and the other group came up and I couldn't match. I stopped at the 1200 and just dead and shaky again. I was frustrated and confused why I felt so crappy. I finished to 10 miles, light headed and shaky.

Came back and decided to skip the second run since I was still feeling shaky. I went and met with coach and decided to run with the heart rate monitor this week, maintain miles and try to recover.
