Speed workout at the track today. We ran 2.5 warm up, mile speed changes and changed into flats. We ran 6 sets of a 400-200 with equal recovery. My splits were fast, and I wasn't sure I could hit all the 400's. But it was a beast day and I did. It helped so much to have Tomy and Chris to chase after. My 200's were 35, 35, 35, 34, 35, 34. My 400's were 70, 72, 70, 70, 69, 69. Those were the fastest 400's I have run and it hurt. But it hurt so good. We ran 2 miles cool down and I did my core. |
