Wheeler Farm this morning. We did usual 2 mile warm up loop then 8 strides on the grass. We ran a fartlek workout: 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 on and 1 and 2 minutes recovery between. I haven't run fartlek in such a long time. It saved me that Chris ran with me and I had someone to push with. I was really tired by the end but happy I actually got a workout in. I was going to run again tonight but missed my window before the rainstorm set in. |
