Today's run was one of those worst case run scenarios come to pass. I ran 5 miles with the earlier group then we ran cemetery run. My legs were really tired and heavy so I decided not to do the lap in the cemetery and head back. Right then my nose started bleeding. Correction, gushing. I had to lay down for about 15 minutes until it stopped. And my clean, white tank looked like I had been stabbed. Oh well. I didn't die and it was adventure. |
