Run for life
Attempted to run today to ease into miles. I ran 2 on the treadmill and it hurt so I stopped. I heat up before biking/running and ice after. Still biking 2 hours a day.
3 miles on the treadmill and no pain! 2 hours biking.
Still feels okay- sore after but not the same deep pain. 2 hours biking
Treadmill run and 2 hours biking to finish 10 hours biking for the week.
Long run for the week. I felt better today than the other days running!
