Picked up the campers at 6AM and ran a fartlek at the intramural fields. I was with group 3 (supposedly the first group of girls but they moved down so it was me and the boys) We ran a 5-4-3-2-1 fartlek with equal recovery. It was hard for me. I haven't had a long workout.... any workout in a while! I did a cool down to 6.5.
Afternoon run we took them to Provo River trail. I only did 3 then added 2.5 after.
