Speed workout at the track. 2 mile warm up, and 1 mile speed changes. We ran 1000, 2 800's, and 4 400's. The pace was out 2 mile pace. That was nice because I knew I could run the pace, but it was a weird workout. My legs felt heavy and I felt like I had no form or rhythm and like I was stuck in slow motion. I ran all my splits, but I felt slow. My 1000 was 3:25, 800's were both 2:46 and my 400's were 1:19-1:20. |
