Ususal Monday Carterville run. I ran 9 with Ashleigh and Laura. We averaged 7:19 and it felt really good.

I am sick of running the same routes for long runs in Provo. So today I ran an adventure run to Orem and back. At mile 4, I started picking it up and felt good to keep pushing the rest of the run. My average was 6:56 and luckily today I wasn't as sore from weights (I went lighter on most everything...)

Carterville run with Ashleigh and Laura. We averaged 7:20 and I felt great though the last 2 miles were hard...(it's painful to run when you are laughing really hard.)

Made up a new run today. I felt pretty good and averaged 7:01. My feet feel better running in my blue shoes this week instead of the pink ones.
