3 miles in the morning before school. Then a speed workout- a mile, 2 800's and 4 400's. Tomy and Chris helped pace me. I struggled to make it through the workout. My legs hurt, I wanted to puke and my lungs and chest were really tight. I don't know if it is coming back to elevation or spending a weekend on a bus but it was a brutal workout. It helped to have the boys to chase but I did not feel good. I was happy when it was over. |
