Well Sarah Sargent and I finished a solid 5 day hill week with our run at girls camp. We were staying at a cabin up Big Cottonwood Canyon. I figured we would just run up the canyon a couple miles then come back.  I was going really slow and it felt like forever. We ran 3.5 up to Silver Lake and ran a lap around on the board walk (which was gorgeous) then ran back down. It was so much steeper than I thought as I was running down but we finished our 8 miles before everyone else even woke up.

Haha like how your "really slow" was still hard for me to do up that hill? Yeah, it was definitely steep... Steeper than I like :)
