Tempo run workout today. We ran to the paved trail on University Ave as a warm up then started the tempo. I don't really know who I should be running with or exactly how fast I should go on tempo, but I went with the group that was going the longer loop. I didn't feel too good the first 2 miles and was wondering if I could make it the whole way. But then I felt stronger to push up with the girls. We ran 5 miles at 6:33 pace. Then I ran a long cool down with Mckenna to get 12 along the Provo River Trail. |
