Surprise speed workout today- it was pretty bad. 2 mile warm up, 1 mile speed changes. Then 2 sets of 400, 800, 400. I don't even remember my times but I was so slow. I felt really weird too. My legs were not super dead but I could not breathe at all. My chest was killing but I gave what I had that day, even if it was slow. Did all my core. |
