Speed workout/time trials today. 1 mile warm up, 1 mile speed changes then the mile. I could tell the first 100 meters we were starting too slow so I moved up to push the pace. My first 2 laps were within a second of the pace I should be running. It helped to run the first 2 laps with Chris and Tomy. I finished at 5:22 (I was supposed to hit 5:20). We ran a lap, then the 800. The wind was really annoying by this point. My 800 was 2:31, then we finished with 6 400's. My times were 71, 73, 72, 72, 73, 72. Usually I like running 400's and do well. Today though I felt so exhausted. My legs would not more any faster and hurt so bad. I felt like I had nothing to push with and no drive. I really hope I get out of this rut before we start racing. We ran 4 miles cooldown. Did my core.

Well guess what: you did better in a workout than I have ever done in a race. 5:22? Yeah, that'll be a PR for me. Ha. You are just amazing!!!!
