Speed workout on my own was pretty bad. I ran to a high school track about 1.5 miles away from my hotel. I ran a mile then 10 200's. It did not feel easier at a lower elevation and my legs were sore and tired. I was pushing but couldn't pop out of my slow zone because I was by myself-I had no one to chase and no one was chasing me. 15 hours of walking around at Disneyland didn't help my legs recover either... |
