Speed workout at the Oval. We ran 2 miles warm up, mile speed changes then ran a mile and 2 sets of 4 400's with 2 laps recovery between sets. My mile was about 6 seconds too slow. My 400's were 72, 71, 71, 71 for the first set and 73, 71, 71, 71 for the last set. This speed workout was really hard and my legs were so dead. Running fast speed on high mileage is painful. |
