Speed workout. Usual warm up then we started with 2 1,000's. I was a few seconds slow from the split but it was faster than I had run thousands before. We got 5 minutes recovery then 4 500's. The last 500 we finally hit the split we needed to. I thought/hoped we were done, but we did another 2 1,000's. My legs were so dead. I didn't care about the time as much as finishing. Ran 5 later. |
