Speed workout-I was sore after yesterday but it was not as bad as I thought it would be. We ran 3 1200's at 2 mile pace. I hit 4:00 for all 3 of mine. Then 6 200's to finish. My times were 35, 35, 35, 35, 34, 33. We ran a long cool down to get 10 miles. Did all my core. |
