Speed workout- 4 1,000's. It was great not having to run 5 of them, but now that I ran a PR in the 3200 my pace is faster. It was another hot track workout and my legs were pretty tired. I ran 3:15, 3:16, 3:18, 3:18. We ran to the cemetery and back to finish mileage to 10. Did all my core and arm swings. |
