I got another 4.5 mile warm up with some speed changes. This time I got to wait an hour before racing. I stretched and did a lot of drills while waiting. In the race, I got out in the front with another girl right next to me. I felt like I was going too fast so I relaxed and was too slow the first lap. At the end of the second lap, a group moved and I got gapped. I felt really flat and couldn't match. I tried to kick the lap 400 but got passed the last few meters. I felt horrible about my race. I was tired and frustrated. I finished 4.5 for a cool down. |
