Interval workout on the fields by the track today. We ran 15x400 at 85 pace. I was relieved to hear it wasn't a fast workout but more of a pacing one. So I had to strategically place myself to the back of the pack so I wouldn't be the one to run faster. I felt pretty good, they didn't hurt bad but made me tired. I finished 8 and later ran another 5 miles. |
