Happy birthday to me- and my present was a speed workout at the Oval! A few of us met there later at night which was nice. Usual warm up and 5 1,000's. Usually I hate running these, but I felt good about what I did. My times were 3:28, 3:27, 3:27, 3:27, 3:25. We did a long cool down for 10 miles. I felt a lot stronger than last year when I would run that workout and I know I am improving. I did my core. |
