4 mile morning run. Tri meet at Highland- I ran the 400 and 800. My 400 was 63 and my 800 was 2:25. I could definitely feel yesterday's speed workout. Then Tomy and I ran laps in Sugarhouse and ran a fartlek workout- 10 sets of 1 minute on, 1 minute off. Usually I like 1 minute on/off, it feels good to open up my stride for just a minute. But not today. My legs were so tired and it was hard to push through. Did my crunches and push ups, but not squats and lunges because my hip hurts. |
