Usual track warm and drills. Then the distance team got to practice hurdles! I have never tried hurdles before and so it was something new and fun. Probably one of the most entertaining practices with dinosaur hurdling, and knocking over a lot of hurdles. I ran 8 on my own after to Sugarhouse and 2 laps around. I felt ok, it was hard pushing myself though. I did my crunches and push ups after. |
