I woke up this morning and decided I would finish a whole workout. Maybe not the best day to decide that but I was quite determined. As we finished our warm up, the clouds rolled in bringing wind AND snow. Yay. We ran 6 sets of 6 400's with 200 meter jog recovery. The wind was awful and it hurt. But I was determined to finish. I ran between 72-75 (most being 73) I was dead tired after- that's the fastest I have run in a long time. I finished with 9 miles then did another 4 later.

Today I ran a fartlek- 5-3-2-1 with equal recovery. My lungs were still burning and super tight and I was really tired.

First 13 mile long run! I did a 30 minute tempo and was dead tired finishing. It was pretty hot and my lungs still hurt (who knows why) But I am grateful I can run 13 miles again!
