AM- 2 miles warm up then track workout. I ran 1200's with the 5K/10K girls. We ran around 80 pace timing 4:05, 4:01, 4:03 and 4:01. I felt pretty tight, especially through my arms and chest starting out and never really loosened up. I was tired and felt done after 4. 

PM- ran 4 more miles with a group. I wanted to do more but the arch of my left foot was so sore and inflamed and was killing. So I stopped and iced it a lot.

AM- ran 8 with a group

PM- ran another 4 miles. I was pretty tired today from yesterday's workout.

20 minute threshold. I was by myself so it was hard to push myself to where I should be but I felt pretty good.

Ran extended Harvest Loop with a few of the freshman and got to run with Darbs on the way back! I felt a lot better today.

Ran on Provo River with Kristy. I was more tired today- I am trying hard to keep the stress of finals down and just hang in there for the next 3 weeks.

I woke up not wanting to run today but I decided to make it a good run and it was! I ran an hour tempo with some of the freshman. I was tired but pushed through and it turned out well.
