Today was an attempted workout. We were running 1200's at 80-81. First one, rough but it usually is. Second one, worse.  Most of us were done there and just ran miles.

Surprise- no workout today. I thought for sure I would have one since I didn't finish yesterday's but we have a tempo tomorrow and I am grateful for that!

We drove up Provo Canyon to do our 30 minutes tempo/threshold today. We did 2 miles warm up then ran down. We were running against the wind most of the time but it turned out to be a good workout. I started at 6:20 pace for the first 2 miles then picked it up and finished with an average of 6:12. It felt pretty good until about the last 7-10 minutes.

Shorter run to finish the week. I felt pretty tired and sore from yesterday but happy to run 70 this week!
