Today's workout was SO much better than Tuesday. We did a 5 mile tempo at Liberty Park. My legs felt really strong and good today. My miles were: 6:37, 6:41, 6:37, 6:36 and 6:22. I wanted to be consistent and not go out too hard and really felt good until the last mile. I felt much better about running and life after a good workout. We finished at 11.25 miles.
Late that night, I got Richie to run 4 miles with me. We bundled up and took headlamps to run. I am quite happy I got all 60 miles done before leaving to Mexico early tomorrow morning!
