30 minute tempo day. Starting out, my legs were tired but by about 10 minutes I felt fine rolling along. But my stomach was hurting like none other. I had to stop at 15 minutes I had to go to the bathroom so bad. I made it to one (luckily) but felt really awful. I finished my miles, but went straight home to rest. I don't know if I ate something bad or what it was, but I felt sick the rest of the night.
