3 temple hills today. I was a behind most of the group but times were a little faster than last time 3 weeks ago. I hit 82, 88, 85. I did well at finishing strong by pushing on the flat at the top before the finish. I feel like I have no speed right now which makes sense since I have hardly had any speed interval training. But my endurance is getting better. For miles after, we ran along Foothill Drive. There were a few big hills and I did really well on those. My endurance is better than speed right now which is important to build first.
