2 mile warm up then 1200's on the track. I ran with Kathryn to help pace her through. We ran 4:07 then she dropped half way in the second and I finished in 4:06. The last one I just ran with the group and we hit 3:57 and were done. I was happy I was able to change my pace quickly and run with the girls. It is hard to get through track workouts when my mentality is changed. I finished with 10 miles and ran 4.5 later.
