Keep Calm and Run On

Coach is really loving 1200's this season. We ran 1200's at 5K pace. I ran 4:06 for 4 and then we were done. I felt ok. Tired by the end but I felt like I picked a good pace. Ran 6 miles on my second run. 

Recovery

This morning we did a 15 minute threshold. It has been a realllly long time since I have done one of those! I averaged 6:03. It wasn't as bad I thought it would be. I ran 10 in the morning and 4 later. 

Recovery

40 minute tempo. This week was harder than last week. I was by myself until about the last mile when I caught a group and was struggling mentally to stay positive and keep moving. I was tired. I ended up with an average of 6:34 but it just felt extremely long and almost unbearable today. I did 5 on my second run- coach doesn't want us doing an extremely long run tomorrow so I had to run more today. 

Long run in Salt Lake by myself. I was more tired this week and was happy to get the run over with and another week of training checked off.
