Trail run today on Shoreline. And it was hard. We started by the zoo, and ran across to the Red Butte drinking fountain, up the road to 3.5, turned around and ran back. If felt like it was uphill both ways, and I was pretty tired from yesterday. My quads felt knotted and my calves were sore. When we got back, we did step ups, arm swings, wall sits, and crunches and push ups. Later today, I ran an easy 5 miles. My calves were way sore starting out, but warmed up a little by the end. |
