The first 10 miles were at workout this morning at Wheeler Farm. We ran fartlek (1 minute on, 1 minute off- 10 sets) Then did a stride relay and arm swings and leg lifts. The cool down felt great in the rain. Later tonight I ran another 5 miles. My average pace was 7:44, and I didn't feel too sore (surprisingly) Hopefully I will be able to get my miles in at girls camp! |
