Team workout at Liberty. We ran to Liberty, and ran a fartlek workout around the pond. We did 3 sets of 3-2-1 on and 2-2-1 recovery. I felt ok the first set, but by the second my legs were dead. They felt sore, tight, and just like dead weights, so it was a long rest of the workout. At least we got to walk up the big hill to the school after. |
