Speed work at Liberty Park. We ran a lap warm up, then 800, mile, 800 with 800 recovery between each one. I ran a 2:46, 5:46, and 2:41. Then I only had time for one lap cooldown to get 7.5. Later, I ran the zoo loop to get another 5.5. I did push ups, crunches, squats, calf raises, lunges and arm swings. |
