Last day of hill week at Liberty. We ran one lap warm up, 4 strides up the hill by the pond, then we ran Fartlek around the pond. We did 12 sets of 1 minute on, 1 minute off (though somehow we ended up doing 13...) I was glad we only did 1 minute because I felt really tired and not very fast. I ran 2 laps cooldown to get 9. Did core at home. |
