I had a good weekend with the knees and had high hopes for the week. We did a 5 miles loop then ran to Tanner Park and back. I felt my hip tighen the first loop and it got worse on the way to the park. My hip was so tight I had to stop below the hill and try to stretch. I couldn't bend my knee and was limping so bad. I made it to the park and Bill tried to rub it out but it hurt so bad the whole way back. I had to run really slow and it was killing. Time for ibuprofen again. |
