Day one of hill week complete. We ran at Sugarhouse this morning-one big grass lap for warm up, then we did 6 sets of a hill loop near the big hill at state. It wasn't too bad, and luckily we were done before it got too hot. I focused on catching people on the flat part on the top of the hill and that helped me push through each one. I did my core, and an ice bath for 20 mins when I got home. |
