XC workout at Liberty this morning. We ran a lap warm up, then ran 2 800's. My first 800 was 2:48 and my second was 2:50. We ran around the park more to get an even 5. I did my core, then we did 3 sets of one minute arm swings, and 3 leg lifts for 30 seconds. I wasn't sore today, just my knees hurt from my adventure yesterday. |
