Speed workout at the track today. We ran usual warm up, then 6 400's and 6 200's. The first 400 we just ran, and I hit a 1:15. THEN Bill told us the paces we should be hitting- me a 1:21-1:24ish. The 400's felt a lot better running at that pace. The 200's were just so we could open up our stride. One mile cooldown to finish. |
